So GV, I took your advice and am making a better effort to make the college seem more populated. What do ya think?

This is awesome, it feels like the place is more alive now. Though what I was thinking of was less on a one on one basis like this and more of a general crowd reaction thing. Rumors and reputations and the like.

What your doing now would also work well if you ever wanted to set up side-quests.

I'll be doing crowd reactions too, but I thought I'd get a few NPCs out there first so y'all can make friends (or enemies) for later. (Plus it gives me more options for victims )

Effect: Improves reflexes and accuracy of electrical attacks (while also increasing likelihood of involuntary electrical discharge when afraid or angry)
Unique Ability: Eelskin, which makes the skin slippery and allows one to more easily direct electricity (even in water)
Personality: Feisty; emotion driven
