Okay i'm just going to say this, they have water mimivry, the electricty will have no effect....in fact it'll make them stronger due to the fact that then they'll be electrified masses of water capable of slowly cooking us, as well as drowning us.

How does electricity not hurt water? That's a universal rule. And plus, if that's the case, then I can use water to defend against them being electrified, as well as using it to manipulate THEM.

no not, really, pure water can't even carry electricity, the most it could do would be to convert them into hydrogen and oxygen via electrolosys, but that would take an ungodly amount.

Well, now I'm having too much fun.

I manipulate the little water creeps and make them break dance for my amusement. Then, when I is done, I freeze them and shatter them, which should immobilize them until they melt.

The alls of the cave begin to shake themselves as every drop of watter in the area comes together and condenses into a giant lizard creature several stories tall as several wrom like creatures break away from the rocks beggining to encircle the group as the Giant lizard creature leans over an pukes a large cloud of mimic coral spores onto the group, which automatically grow and form into armies, of exact copies of each of the members, complete with powers. and each one eager to destroy their original.

 Ultimate authority was designed to work on sentient creatures as well, but your what your saying is the equivalent of not only matching the power fo several dozen beings capable of manipulating water like you can, but also overpowering them to the point of turning their creations into your puppets.

transformation so pretty much the same except the manipulation part, and that doesn't make them powerful, that just makes them capable of using their own bodies, and they eat the coral spores, it's a symbiotic relationship.
