How about if the military had a secret anti-Virus that they had been devloping incase Virus when awol? What if it did the same as Virus but in a less evil way? Maybe not as a "good guy" but less "evil" virus who just wants to destroy Virus. By any means necessary if that means helping Wild Wonder then it will, but if he gets in it's way....

Also why not have a bunch of lesser "minons" for Virus that need him to control them or they just sit there? That way he could have a bunch of disposable minons for wild wonder to fight. And maybe Anti-Virus could try to take control of them and use them to fight virus. Self-Replicating would be nice to so that it could be like a game of chess for Virus and Wild wonder.
